Video: SpaceX Successfully Tests Starship with Next-Generation Starlink Satellites
SpaceX successfully completed the 13th test flight of the Starship super-heavy rocket. During the mission, the spacecraft placed 20 Starlink V3 satellites into orbit for the first time and performed a controlled splashdown in the Indian Ocean.
As part of the test, the Starship upper stage completed its planned mission, specifically delivering a test payload consisting of next-generation Starlink satellites. The spacecraft then concluded its flight with a splashdown in the ocean.
At the same time, the Super Heavy booster was unable to perform a standard landing after launch. Despite this, SpaceX stated that the test is generally considered a success, as the mission’s primary objectives were achieved.
This flight marked another milestone in the development of Starship—the world’s largest super-heavy reusable rocket, which SpaceX is building for future missions to the Moon and Mars.
The company continues to refine its rocket reusability system, particularly the technologies for returning the Super Heavy booster and the Starship spacecraft after flight.

As a reminder, SpaceX has postponed the 13th test launch of the Starship rocket for the second time. This time, the launch, scheduled for July 24, was canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. A new launch attempt is scheduled for July 25 at 1:45 a.m. Kyiv time.
SpaceX shares have been falling for the sixth consecutive day following the cancellation of the Starship launch.
