Video: A female lawmaker in Kosovo's parliament pelted the prime minister with eggs

A scuffle broke out in the parliament chamber of the partially recognized Kosovo: opposition lawmaker Time Kadrijaj threw eggs at Prime Minister Albin Kurti several times. The incident led to the session being disrupted.

The conflict arose after Kurti asked to postpone the inaugural session to allow for additional consultations regarding the speaker’s nomination. In response, Kadrijaj ran up to the prime minister and took eggs out of her bag.

Security guards and other parliamentarians defused the situation. Kurti reacted calmly to the incident, stating that he was prepared to tolerate such actions in order to continue the dialogue.
