The WSJ article cited by the agency includes testimony from more than a dozen former staff members and lawmakers, as well as internal messages and records. According to the publication's description, aides frequently changed in the senator's office as they sought to maintain the appearance of a fully functioning Senate office.

Fetterman has increasingly distanced himself from Democrats, particularly the party's progressive representatives.
