An Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, while intoxicated, jumped off a bridge in Moscow
In Moscow, German Yukavsky, an Honored Artist of Russia, singer, and actor, jumped into a river from a bridge following a confrontation with a woman.
The incident occurred on Bolotnaya Embankment. According to Russian media reports, the artist was intoxicated, behaved aggressively, and subsequently jumped into the water and attempted to swim across the river. He was stopped by rescue workers.
As a result of the incident, Yukavsky sustained a shoulder injury and injuries to his arm and back. It is reported that after receiving medical care, he may be referred to a psychiatric clinic.

German Yukavsky is a soloist with the Pokrovsky Moscow State Academic Chamber Music Theater. He was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Russia in 2008.
