In the Huliaipole sector, the casualty ratio stands at 1 to 26 in favor of the Defense Forces

In the Huliaipole sector of operations, the situation is fully under control, and attempts by the Russian occupiers to advance have been reduced to zero. This was reported by Dmytro “Perun” Filatov, commander of the First Separate Assault Regiment named after Dmytro Kotsyubailo.

Despite daily enemy assaults, the Defense Forces have established an effective countermeasure system through asymmetric operations, active protection of artillery and equipment, and the use of modern warfare methods. In this sector, the casualty ratio reached 1 Ukrainian soldier to 26 occupiers, which significantly exceeds the standard classical ratios for defensive operations (1 to 3 or 1 to 4).

The military official also noted that the main future challenge is the possible intensification of covert or overt mobilization in Russia following the conclusion of their electoral processes. Currently, Ukrainian units are actively seeking opportunities to advance into the operational area to conduct more in-depth offensive operations.

This was reported by Ukrainian Radio.

As a reminder, due to Russian shelling of energy infrastructure, some consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions are temporarily without power. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy as of the morning of August 6.

During a massive Russian attack on the night of August 5, the warehouse facilities of Bosch Ukraine’s logistics partner were completely destroyed.
