In the Kharkiv region, a 57-year-old woman—the last resident of the border village of Tokarivka Druha—was killed in an attack by a Russian FPV drone.
According to him, the attack took place on July 8 after 6:00 p.m. A Russian FPV drone struck a civilian woman who was walking along the road between Prudyanka and Tsupivka.
As a result of the strike, the victim sustained multiple shrapnel wounds. She was rushed to the Derhachi Central Hospital, but medical personnel were unable to save her life.
“The victim was an employee of the Derhachi Central Hospital and the last and only resident of the village of Tokarivka Druha, located in the 10-kilometer border zone,” said Vyacheslav Zadorenko.
The head of the Derhachi Military Administration once again urged residents of border village districts to evacuate, emphasizing that leaving dangerous areas in a timely manner will help save lives.

As a reminder, in Kharkiv Oblast, the mandatory evacuation zone for civilians is being expanded due to the threat of a deteriorating security situation. The relevant decision was adopted by the Oblast Defense Council with the participation of law enforcement officials, rescue workers, military personnel, and district administrations.
In addition, the Kharkiv region plans to implement a mandatory evacuation of children from a number of settlements due to the deteriorating security situation. Local residents are advised not to delay and to leave immediately.
