"Diia" has launched a single online application form for veterans to access comprehensive services

A new service has been launched on the “Diya” portal in Ukraine, allowing veterans and their families to submit a single joint application to receive several government services at once. Specifically, through the system, it is now possible to immediately apply for status as a person with a war-related disability, status as a family member of a fallen Defender, social assistance, and a one-time cash payment from the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

This new approach eliminates the need to submit separate applications for each service step by step and wait for decisions at each stage.

Most of the necessary information is automatically retrieved from government registries, and the processing time for a comprehensive application ranges from 5 to 30 calendar days, depending on the selected list of services. The results of the review will be sent to applicants online directly to their personal account on the portal.

This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

As a reminder, “Diia” has automated the process of extending employee work permits.

Ukraine has expandedonline services for veterans.
