An office building formerly owned by PrivatBank has been put up for auction in Ivano-Frankivsk

In Ivano-Frankivsk, as part of the bankruptcy proceedings involving Montana-Estate LLC, an office building in the city center has been put up for sale. The starting price for the property is 63.9 million UAH

The property in question is a 1,900-square-meter commercial building located at 22 Halytska Street, which previously housed the PrivatBank office.

The building belongs to Montana-Estate, a company registered in Dnipro, which was previously known as PrivatOffice. In 2019, a court seized over 100 properties belonging to this and related companies in various regions of Ukraine.

The seizures were imposed as part of criminal proceedings regarding the possible misappropriation of 19 billion UAH in refinancing received by PrivatBank from the National Bank prior to its nationalization.

In December 2025, the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast declared Montana-Estate LLC bankrupt. Subsequently, on May 26, 2026, the creditors’ committee approved the sale of the debtor’s assets.

Arbitration manager Oleg Chichva was appointed as the auction organizer.

Non-residential premises on the second floor, including retail spaces, restrooms, stairwells, and storage areas, are being offered for sale.

The auction is scheduled for June 30. The winner will receive the right to use the property after the transfer of ownership is formalized.

This was reported by local media.
