Kyivmiskbud will complete six residential complexes by the end of the year
The Kyivmiskbud holding company has resumed active construction work on 11 of its 24 residential complexes and plans to fully commission six of them by the end of 2026. Positive developments and the current state of affairs at the construction sites were noted during a joint on-site meeting held by company management and members of the Kyiv City Council.
During the site inspection, officials and builders paid particular attention to the installation of internal and external utility networks, as well as the execution of general construction and finishing work.
The developer began a phased return to the sites in March of this year, prioritizing projects with the highest degree of completion. A clear schedule for resuming work on other complexes has now been established. In the summer of 2026, builders plan to resume work on the “Apricot” residential complex, and in the fall, they will resume construction of the “Akadem Park” residential complex. At the same time, active preparations are underway to restart construction at the “Otrada,” “Milos,” and “Lake House” residential complexes.
By the end of 2026, the company plans to complete and fully commission six landmark projects: the “Gvardeysky,” “Freedom,” “Rainbow,” "Podil Grad," "Twin House," as well as the first building of the "Oberig-2" residential complex. Thanks to this, 3,775 Ukrainian families will receive the long-awaited keys to their own apartments. According to company CEO Vasyl Zasutsky, another 3,800 investor families will be able to move into their homes as early as 2027. To ensure transparency, the developer maintains direct, ongoing communication with investor groups for each individual complex and regularly updates them on the actual status of the projects.

As a reminder, the Kyiv City Council decided to provide financial support to Kyivmiskbud.
Kyivmiskbud has also begun an inventory of Ukrbud’s unfinished projects.
