A combat unit belonging to Shahed was discovered in a field in the Kyiv region
In the Brovary District of the Kyiv Region, a local resident came across a dangerous remnant of an enemy drone in a field.
According to Anatoliy Shchadil, head of the Kyiv Regional Police, special services arrived at the scene promptly. Upon inspection, they determined that the object found was the warhead of a kamikaze drone, which could have detonated at any moment.
Bomb disposal experts carried out the necessary procedures and destroyed the dangerous object without harming anyone.
Law enforcement officials clarified that the object was a component of a Shahed-136-type drone, which Russia actively uses for attacks on Ukraine.
The police emphasize that such finds pose a serious threat. Citizens are urged not to touch suspicious objects and to immediately report them to emergency services.
