A resident of a building in the Holosiivskyi district shared details about the man who opened fire in the capital.
According to her, the attacker lived alone and bought the apartment about 10 years ago, moving in at that time.
“He was an intelligent man; he would say hello, but he didn’t really socialize with people. You’d never guess he was some kind of thug,” the woman said.
She added that the man had no family living in that apartment.
The circumstances of the tragedy and the attacker’s motives are being investigated.
