Streets in Kyiv Will Be Closed on July 15 Due to a Visit by Foreign Guests – List
On July 15, there will be temporary traffic and parking restrictions in central Kyiv due to security measures. The restrictions will affect streets in the Pechersk, Podil, Solomyanskiy, and Shevchenkivskiy districts.

The State Security Service has announced that, due to security measures involving foreign delegations, temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect in the central part of Kyiv. The State Security Service asks that you take this information into account when traveling.
Additionally, the Official Portal of Kyiv states that due to the celebrations marking Ukrainian Statehood Day on July 15, traffic and parking are restricted on certain sections of streets in the Pecherskyi, Podilskyi, Solom’yansky, and Shevchenkivsky districts, traffic and parking will be restricted starting today.
Specifically, all traffic—except for public transportation—will be prohibited from 6:00 p.m. on July 14 until 9:00 p.m. on July 15 on Ihorivska Street, from Petra Sagaydachnogo Street to Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska Street.
Also, on July 15 from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.:
- Velyka Zhytomyrska Street from Volodymyrska Street to Mykhailivska Street;
- Mykhailivska Street from Velyka Zhytomyrska Street to Mykhailivskyi Lane;
- Trokhsvyatytelska Street;
- Volodymyrsky Passage;
- Malaya Zhytomyrska Street from Mykhailivsky Lane to Volodymyrsky Passage;
- Alla Tarasova Street from Mykhailivsky Lane to Volodymyrsky Passage.
From 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on July 15, traffic will be prohibited on Vokzalna Street from Vokzalna Square to Pavlo Skoropadskyi Street. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on July 15, traffic will be prohibited on Tsytadelna Street from Leipziga Street to Ivan Mazepa Street; on Ivan Mazepa Street from Heroes of Kruty Alley to Dobrovolchykh Battalions Street.
Parking will be prohibited:
- from 6:00 p.m. on July 14 to 9:00 p.m. on July 15 – on Vokzalna Street from Vokzalna Square to Pavlo Skoropadskyi Street;
- from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on July 15 – on Ivan Mazepa Street from Heroes of Kruty Alley to Volunteer Battalions Street.
