Kyiv city authorities have begun compiling lists of residents with limited mobility for possible temporary relocation this winter in the event of a prolonged interruption in heat supply due to Russian shelling. The lists primarily include elderly people living alone, people with disabilities, and families with children with disabilities.
Marina Khonda, deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration, confirmed this information and noted that this decision was made based on the experience of last winter. The capital’s authorities are currently reviewing and finalizing the list of temporary housing locations.
