Car towing services in Kyiv will become more expensive starting April 15 due to rising fuel prices
In the capital, private towing companies will raise their rates for towing vehicles.
Starting April 15, the minimum fee for towing a temporarily impounded vehicle will be 1,680 UAH.
The reason cited is rising fuel costs.
The Kyiv City State Administration emphasizes that the rate is not regulated by the state—it is set by the companies themselves.
At the same time, even after the increase, Kyiv will remain one of the cheapest cities for this service compared to Dnipro and Lviv.
The city also plans to introduce a tiered towing fee based on the vehicle’s weight.
