A man who opened fire on a car carrying a woman and a child was detained in Kyiv
Law enforcement officers detained a man who opened fire on a car in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv.
He was found in one of the towns in the Kyiv region—the shooter turned out to be a 46-year-old local resident.
No weapons were found during a search of the car.
A criminal investigation has been opened into the incident. The man faces up to 7 years in prison.
