In Kyiv, pharmacy operating hours will be adjusted based on the threat level

The pharmacies of the “Farmatsiya” Municipal Enterprise in Kyiv will operate under new rules depending on the established danger level. In the event of a red alert, they will immediately cease operations, while during a yellow alert, they will continue to serve customers.

If a red alert level is declared in Kyiv, the “Farmatsiya” municipal enterprise pharmacies must immediately cease operations.

At that time, not only will the sale and dispensing of goods be suspended, but all production processes will also be halted.

Pharmacy employees and visitors must leave the premises and proceed to shelters or civil defense structures.

The facilities will be able to resume operations after the corresponding threat level is lifted, but only if it is safe for employees and visitors to be there.

During a yellow threat level, the “Pharmacy” municipal enterprise’s pharmacies and their structural units will continue to operate as usual.

The company explained that the new operating procedure primarily takes into account the need to protect people’s lives and health in the event of an increased threat level.

Residents of the capital are reminded that in the event of an air raid alert or the declaration of a corresponding threat level, they must first and foremost ensure their own safety.

Kyiv residents are advised to use the nearest shelters and protective structures and remain there until the danger has passed.

This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA).

In addition, starting September 10, some of Kyiv’s shopping and entertainment centers will remain open during a “yellow” air threat level, which indicates a threat from attack drones.

Residents of Odesa have been asked to keep their children at home until the air raid alert is over. Parents have also been advised to pay attention to the emotional and physical well-being of schoolchildren.
