Kyiv Digital has refunded funds for unused trips charged at the old rates
The “Kyiv Digital” app has completed refunds for unused trips purchased under the old rates. The funds have been credited to users’ transit card wallets.
This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration, citing the app’s team.
The funds can now be used to purchase new trips at current fares.
To purchase trips using funds from your wallet, you need to:
open the “Transport Card” section;
select a card;
open “My Wallet”;
tap “Buy Trips”;
add the desired number of trips.
Funds from your Wallet can also be used to purchase other transit products, such as a monthly pass. To do this, simply contact technical support at [email protected] or by phone at (044) 366-55-55.

The Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) reminded the public that the cost of a single trip depends on the number of tickets purchased.
Traffic on the South Bridge in Kyiv has been partially restricted due to road resurfacing. The restrictions will be in effect from 2:00 p.m. on September 15 until 7:00 p.m. on September 18 on the overpass heading toward Korchuvate, that is, from the left bank to the right.
In Kyiv, an official from Kyivavtodor has been charged with causing financial losses due to substandard road repairs.
