Ukrainian actor Roman Lutsky has gained international recognition by winning the prestigious Lithuanian film award “Sidabrinė gervė” (“Silver Crane”), and this decision served as yet another confirmation that Ukrainian actors are making their mark on the European stage with increasing confidence.
According to the Ivano-Frankivsk National Drama Theater, the actor received the award in the “Best Supporting Actor” category for his work in the drama “Renovation,” where he played a character named Oleg—a Ukrainian construction worker who finds himself in the midst of personal changes and influences the transformation of other characters in the story. “We congratulate Roman on his award.
