Ayia Napa in Cyprus announces programme for international festival
The 42nd Ayia Napa International Festival will take place in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, on September 25–27. According to Cyprus Mail, the events will be held at Yorgos Seferis Central Square, and admission for visitors will be free.
Festival programme
The programme will combine traditional crafts, contemporary creativity and international cultural ties. The publication describes the festival as one of Cyprus's important cultural institutions and a component of the municipality's international identity.

The central part of the festival will be three concert evenings. On Friday, September 25, Greek singer Josephine will perform on the main stage. The following day, September 26, Kostas Makedonas will present the diversity of the Greek repertoire.
Concerts
The music programme will conclude on September 27 with the band Locomondo, which will perform songs in the Greek reggae style. According to the festival programme, events are scheduled to begin at 19:30.
