"Inter" has signed Jeda Spence from "Tottenham"
Italy's Inter Milan has signed English defender Jeda Spence, who transferred from London's Tottenham Hotspur. The 26-year-old player’s contract with the Serie A club is for five years—until June 30, 2031.
According to Al Jazeera English, citing Reuters, British media estimate the transfer fee at approximately 30 million pounds sterling, or $40.59 million. In a statement, Inter noted that the English wingback, born in 2000, has joined the “Nerazzurri” on a permanent transfer.

Spence is leaving Tottenham after four years with the club. During that time, he played in 85 matches and won the Europa League. Due to limited opportunities on the first team, the defender also played on loan for France’s Rennes, Leeds United, and Italy’s Genoa, before eventually establishing himself in the London club’s lineup.
At the 2026 World Cup, Spence was named to the England squad under Thomas Tuchel and played eight matches, including the third-place match, which England won. At Inter, he will play alongside fellow English defender John Stones, who previously transferred to the Milan club from Manchester City.
