TP Mazembe coach warns against underestimating Medeama after victory in Ghana
In Ghana, TP Mazembe head coach Slimane Raho said that his team has not yet secured qualification for the next stage of the CAF Champions League after defeating Medeama in the first match of the tie.

The champions of the Democratic Republic of Congo defeated the Ghanaian club at TNA Stadium in Tarkwa on Sunday. TP Mazembe scored a late goal that gave the team an advantage ahead of the second leg. The tie is being played in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.

According to MyJoyOnline, after the match Raho praised Ibrahim Tanko's team. The coach stressed that Medeama are a very strong team and that TP Mazembe still have to confirm their qualification in Lubumbashi.
Second leg in Lubumbashi
Raho also noted that in the second leg his team must show the same courage and prudence as in Tarkwa. Medeama will try to overturn the deficit in the Democratic Republic of Congo and reach the next stage of the tournament. The Ghanaian club aims to compete once again for a place in the group stage of the competition.
