Goalkeeper Valentin Morgun has left Dynamo Kyiv

Kyiv's Dynamo has officially announced the end of its partnership with goalkeeper Valentin Morgun. The goalkeeper is leaving the club after several years with the “White-and-Blues.” Morgun played six matches for Dynamo Kyiv’s first team across all competitions.

Morgun began his soccer career at the Kharkiv “Metalist” academy and later joined the “Dynamo” youth academy. He progressed through all levels of the Kyiv club’s youth system—from the youth teams to the first team—and also represented Ukraine’s youth national teams in various age groups.

The goalkeeper made his debut for Dynamo’s first team on April 2, 2025, in the Ukrainian Cup quarterfinal against Rukh. In the Ukrainian Premier League, he made his first appearance in the final round of the season in a match against Kolos. In total, Morgun played six official matches for Dynamo Kyiv’s first team.

With Dynamo, he won the Ukrainian championship in the 2024–25 season and the Ukrainian Cup in the 2025–26 season.

This was reported by the Dynamo football club.

As a reminder, the former Dynamo forward made a surprise return to the UPL.
