The Diya app has launched an AI agent for obtaining documents and paying fines
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched an AI agent in the "Diya" mobile app to help users access certain government services via chat.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
With the help of this new tool, Ukrainians can, among other things, obtain a certificate of residence for themselves or their child, as well as pay a traffic violation fine.
To use the feature, you need to update the app to the latest version, open the “Diya.AI” section, and enter the desired request in the chat.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation noted that the service operates on the Gemini artificial intelligence platform in partnership with Google. The feature is currently available in open beta testing.
As a reminder, "Dii" has automated the renewal of employee reservations.
