Rain and temperatures up to 23°C are expected in Ukraine on May 17

On Sunday, May 17, Ukraine is expected to experience unsettled weather with brief showers and thunderstorms in some areas. Daytime temperatures will rise to 23 degrees Celsius.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, variable cloudiness is expected across the country. 

At night, precipitation is possible only in the far west and east, and during the day, brief showers will occur in most regions, with the exception of the western regions. Thunderstorms are possible in some areas.

The wind will be southeasterly, shifting to northeasterly, with speeds of 5–10 m/s.

Temperatures at night will range from 10–15°C, and during the day, the air will warm up to 18–23°C.

In Kyiv and the surrounding region, cloudy weather with some sunny breaks is forecast. No precipitation is expected at night, while brief showers are expected during the day. In the capital, nighttime temperatures will remain around 11–13°C, and daytime temperatures will reach 20–22°C.
