A luxury complex with traces of Mindich's people was found near Bukovel

Near Bukovel, journalists discovered a large resort complex spanning nine hectares of land. According to investigators, the assets may be linked to individuals previously implicated in the “Midas” case, Bihus.Info reports.

This refers to an area where land was actively being registered and construction was underway during the full-scale war. The value of the plots there alone is currently estimated at approximately $4.5 million. Journalists from Bihus.Info reported on a new investigation into a large resort complex near Bukovel. According to their data, the property covers about nine hectares, and its current owner is the company “Eventus Management.”

Investigators noted that Timur Mindich was previously among the company’s executives. They also pointed out that several years ago, Igor Khmelov was the sole owner of the firm. Journalists identify him as one of Fire Point’s former top managers.

The report claims that the company was actively registering land plots and launching construction projects even after the start of the war. This took place during the period when Operation Midas was underway, in which Mindich and Khmelov were mentioned. According to the journalists’ estimates, the land near Bukovel alone could be worth approximately $4.5 million at current market prices. They do not specify the final cost of the entire complex, but note that it is a very expensive property in a popular tourist region.

On social media, the authors of the investigation ironically commented on their discovery: “The Bigus-h*igus have found something again.” They then published details about the land, the company, and the connections of people who had previously worked with this business.

So far, there has been no public reaction to the new investigation from Timur Mindich, Igor Khmelov, or representatives of “Eventus Management.” It is also unknown whether law enforcement agencies will investigate the facts presented.

Alexander Zuckerman, a defendant in the high-profile “Midas” case, filed a lawsuit against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the Administrative Court of Cassation.

On May 11, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau officially confirmed that it had served a notice of suspicion to former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak. He is charged under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means by an organized group or in particularly large amounts (8 to 12 years with confiscation).

Prior to this, footage appeared online showing NABU agents intercepting Yermak near the Kyiv Sports Palace and presumably serving him with a notice of suspicion.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine commented on reports of a possible indictment against former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak, emphasizing that such procedural decisions are not announced in advance and are based solely on the evidence gathered. The agency stressed that any indictment can be served only after proper justification by the investigation. At the same time, they noted that all investigative actions are conducted within the law and under court supervision.

In early February, UP journalist Mykhailo Tkach tracked down Andriy Yermak and investigated the contacts of the state’s former second-in-command. The investigation confirmed that the “vice president” had only publicly stepped back from the state’s top position, but not from his affairs. The article “The Godfather ‘on the Sidelines’” suggests that Yermak continues to wield influence, particularly through his people who remain in high-ranking positions. He has set up his new office on Horodetskyi Street near the government quarter.
