The construction of the Dynasty may have been financed with proceeds from the gambling business
According to Telegram channels, Gennadiy Opalchuk, a defendant in the “Midas” case who is believed to be linked to the gambling industry, may have transferred approximately 89% of his income toward the construction of the “Dynasty” housing cooperative.
This is reported by the Telegram channel “Sho, Azartny?”
He is most likely a co-owner of the company “Solitaire Investment Ukraine,” which organizes gambling, the Telegram channel writes. Through the German entity Solitaire Investment GmbH, this company allegedly has ties to the Atlantik Casino.

At the same time, Opalchuk presents himself in public, particularly on Facebook, as the owner of a company that manufactures bird feeders and leads a rather modest lifestyle.

The Telegram channel notes that Serhiy Devald is mentioned separately; he may also be linked to Atlantik Casino GmbH and has been living in Germany for a long time. Open sources describe his background and social media activity in various ways.
As a reminder, former Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak was served with a notice of suspicion regarding the laundering of 460 million hryvnias in connection with the construction of the elite “Dynasty” housing cooperative near Kyiv. The NABU investigation established that only 10% of the funding for the construction of cottages in Kozin for Yermak and his associates was carried out through official accounts via the controlled company “Sunny Beach.” Moreover, even these funds came from firms with signs of being fictitious, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
It is also known that only the heads of NABU and the SAPO were aware of all the details of Operation “Midas.”
