A district council member from Khmelnytskyi Oblast declared over ₴278 million in Bitcoin
Oleksandr Kizlyar, a member of the Khmelnytskyi District Council representing the “Batkivshchyna” political party, has declared the largest cryptocurrency portfolio among Ukrainian public officials.
According to the service, the politician declared 100 bitcoins (BTC), which as of June 10, 2026, are valued at approximately 278.8 million UAH.
He also holds 1,000 ETH (Ethereum) worth about 74 million UAH, making him the leader in this segment of cryptocurrency declarations as well.

Oleksandr Kizlyar was born in 1992 in Khmelnytskyi, graduated from MAUP with a degree in “Human Resources Management,” He is an entrepreneur and beneficiary of companies in the fields of real estate leasing, logistics, fuel trading, and food service.
He is a member of the Khmelnytskyi District Council’s specialized committee on industry, energy, transportation, and municipal property.
In 2023, the official found himself embroiled in a scandal following the publication of a video showing him driving a car at speeds exceeding 200 km/h while Russian music played in the background.
It is also reported that in 2025, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK) identified violations totaling over 38.8 million UAH in his father’s financial disclosure statement, including cash of unknown origin and undeclared income.
