Yulia Zhovtyak, director of the State Employment Center, reported income of 7,566,000 hryvnias for 2025.
This is stated in her electronic declaration.
The bulk of her income came from the sale of real estate—nearly 6 million UAH. Her salary amounted to 1.58 million UAH, with an additional approximately 1,000 UAH in bank interest.
Zhovtyak also reported 43,500 UAH in bank accounts, as well as cash—158,000 USD and 15,000 EUR.
The official owns an apartment, a share in another apartment in Zaporizhzhia, and a plot of land in the Kyiv region.
In addition, she declared a 2022 Toyota Camry.
Earlier, Ihor Ilchenko, acting head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, reported 18,223 UAH in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
Serhiy Tyurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, has published his 2025 declaration. The main changes include an increase in salary and the absence from the declaration of a Kyiv apartment previously used by his son, Danylo.
