General Chereshnya and Alta Ares Will Develop a New Drone Defense System

General Chereshnya and Alta Ares Will Develop a New Drone Defense System

Ukrainian interceptor drone manufacturer “General Chereshnya” and European defense technology company Alta Ares have signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of countering unmanned aerial vehicles.

The partners will work on integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the Ukrainian Bullet interceptor drone.

As part of the agreement, the Pixel Lock and Cyclop C2 software solutions are planned to be integrated into the Bullet platform. The first system will be responsible for automatic target acquisition during the final stage of flight, while the second will handle tracking and guidance during the en route phase. This should ensure more effective interception of aerial targets even under conditions of active electronic warfare and the absence of GPS navigation.

The companies note that Bullet is already being used by the Ukrainian military in real combat conditions, so the new technologies will be tested directly on a platform that has already proven its effectiveness on the front lines.

The collaboration is also expected to improve interception accuracy, reduce the number of misses, and accelerate the implementation of new solutions for countering enemy drones.
