Power outage schedules will be in effect in all regions on April 1, but not for everyone
Tomorrow, April 1, 2026, power restriction schedules will be in effect for industrial consumers in all regions of Ukraine from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
According to Ukrenergo, these measures are being implemented due to the consequences of recent massive missile and drone attacks on energy infrastructure facilities.
Energy officials note that the situation in the grid remains dynamic and may change depending on the current state of the networks. Residential consumers are advised to check schedules for specific addresses on the official websites of local power distribution companies. During periods when electricity is supplied without restrictions, citizens are asked to use the resource sparingly to stabilize the power system.
In parallel with restoration work, the Cabinet of Ministers has already begun preparations for the upcoming 2026–2027 heating season. UAH 12.85 billion has been allocated to protect 209 critical infrastructure facilities in frontline regions and the Kyiv region. The main priorities for these preparations include decentralizing heat supply, developing distributed generation, and ensuring backup power for water and heat supply systems.
