Thunderstorms, hail, and squalls: Meteorologists have issued a severe weather warning for June 24
Variable cloudiness is expected in Ukraine on June 24. Thunderstorms are forecast for the southern regions during the day, with hail in some areas and gusts of wind reaching 15–20 m/s. As a result, a Level I hazard warning (yellow) has been issued.
According to meteorologists, the inclement weather may disrupt the operations of public utilities, power companies, and transportation. At the same time, no significant precipitation is expected across most of the country.
Daytime temperatures will range from +24 to +29°C, while in the south and in some parts of the central regions, temperatures will reach +32°C. No precipitation is forecast for Kyiv and the surrounding region, with daytime highs expected to reach +28°C.
