Igor Dobrovan has been appointed head of Prozorro Sales
Following the results of an open competition, the Supervisory Board of JSC “Prozorro.Sales” appointed Igor Dobrovan as the new Chairman of the Management Board. The decision was made based on the results of a competitive selection process, which involved evaluating candidates for the position of company head.
“The competition was conducted in an open, competitive format in accordance with best corporate governance practices and in compliance with legal requirements. The selection took place under the supervision of the Supervisory Board, was coordinated by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, and was supported by an independent executive search consultant—the international company Amrop. This approach ensured the openness, competitiveness, and transparency of the process at every stage,” according to a statement from the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.
Ihor Dobrovan is a manager with over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulated markets. His most relevant experience includes leading SMIDA (the Agency for the Development of the Infrastructure of the Ukrainian Stock Market).
Previously, he served as CFO and CEO at a major media holding company. He also has experience in operational management at NeSPat, where he was responsible for entering international markets and implementing international standards (ISO 27001, 9001, GDPR).

Serhiy But, who headed JSC “Prozorro.Sales” for the past 3.5 years, left the company on June 9.

Previously, the assets of ten banks were sold through “Prozorro” for nearly 1.5 billion UAH.
Prior to this, the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals (DGF) suspended for several days the payment of guaranteed compensation amounts to depositors of banks undergoing liquidation.
The Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) has already paid UAH 60.6 million to depositors of JSC "RVS Bank." The payments apply to individuals and individual entrepreneurs.
