Callas: A quick deal resulting from Ukraine's surrender does not guarantee lasting peace
EU Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas stated that the capitulation of the victim of aggression could lead to a quick agreement, but would not ensure lasting peace.
She said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to her, it is important to remember that it was Russia that started the war, and it must not be rewarded for its aggression.
Kallas emphasized that such precedents only provoke new conflicts if the aggressor is not held accountable.
Kaja Kallas, the EU’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, shared some grim news during her visit to Bucha.
The European Union is discussing the possibility of a complete ban on providing maritime services to Russia’s “shadow fleet.” This was stated by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas, who added that on the issue of restricting Russian oil, we should “move forward,” despite rising energy prices.
