The cause of the outage has not yet been disclosed. There is also no information at this time on how long the outage might last. Experts must determine the exact cause of the outage, after which the necessary work to restore power will begin.
“Resilience Centers” are operating in the city
Due to the power outage, residents of Kherson were reminded of the “Resilience Centers.” There, people can warm up, charge their phones, and access other basic services during prolonged power outages. City authorities urge residents to follow official updates regarding the power supply situation.
Currently, the main task for specialists is to determine the cause of the outage and restore power to the city as quickly as possible. Over the past 24 hours, four people were injured as a result of Russian attacks on the Kharkiv region, including a two-month-old girl. The occupiers used guided aerial bombs and various types of drones.
Over the past day, Russian troops shelled 17 settlements in the Sumy region. As a result of the enemy attacks, one person was killed and five others were wounded.
On the night of September 14, Russian troops carried out another airstrike on Ukraine. The occupiers launched 108 attack drones of various types, and Ukrainian air defense destroyed or neutralized 85 enemy targets.
In the Kherson region, two people were killed and 14 residents were wounded over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian attacks. Russian troops used aircraft, attack drones, and artillery.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 876 strikes on 54 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. One person was killed in the attacks, and four more residents were wounded.
Overnight, Russian forces launched guided airstrikes on Izyum in the Kharkiv region. Three people were injured in the attack, including a two-month-old infant.
In addition, Russian forces attacked a vehicle belonging to an electrical repair crew in the Konotop district of the Sumy region. The workers were on their way to the site of damage to the power grid to carry out repairs.
On September 10, in the Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv, a drone crashed in an open area in the woods near a shopping center. According to preliminary reports, there was no fire and no one was injured.
In Kyiv’s Solomyanskyi district, an enemy drone struck the roof of a four-story business center. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances and address the aftermath of the incident.
