A company belonging to the Tishchenko Group plans to build a wind farm in the Zhytomyr region

Public consultations have begun in the Zhytomyr region regarding a project to build a new 57-megawatt wind farm.

This was reported by ExPro.

The project, proposed by Berdychiv Wind Park LLC, involves the installation of 10 wind turbines with a capacity ranging from 4.5 to 8 MW each.

According to the documentation, the towers will be between 120 and 180 meters tall, and the rotor diameter will be up to 180 meters. The plant is expected to generate approximately 140,000–180,000 MWh of electricity annually.

Electricity transmission is planned via cable lines to substations in the Hryshkivets community. A total of 16.3 hectares of land has been allocated for the project.

The company “Berdychev Wind Park” was registered in June 2024 in the Berdychev district. Its founders are Kostyantyn and Vsevolod Tyshchenko.
