Short-lived showers and temperatures up to 23°C are expected in Ukraine on May 17

Variable cloudiness with brief showers is forecast for Ukraine today, and thunderstorms are possible in some regions of the country. Only the western regions will remain completely dry during the day. 

This is according to data from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

The rest of the country will see precipitation, with winds expected to be southeasterly, shifting to northeasterly, at speeds of 5–10 meters per second.

Daytime temperatures in the regions will range from 18–23°C. In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, forecasters predict cloudy weather with some sunny intervals and brief showers during the day. Temperatures in the Kyiv region will range from 18°C to 23°C, while in the capital itself, the air will warm up to 20–22°C.
