A resident of the Rivne region was killed by a tire while inflating a tire
On September 17, at approximately 11:15 a.m., an accident occurred in the village of Stepan in the Sarny District of the Rivne Region, resulting in the death of a 60-year-old man. The tragedy took place on the premises of a local business while he was performing maintenance on a vehicle.
According to law enforcement officials, the 60-year-old resident of the village of Melnytsia was helping to repair a car tire. While the tire was being mounted and inflated, a pressure loss occurred, causing the rim to fatally injure the man, who died at the scene. Investigators have now launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, classified as an “accident,” to determine all the circumstances of the tragedy.

Near the village of Novi Mayaky in the Odesa region, a traffic accident involving a minibus and a truck occurred on the night of September 17. As a result of the collision, two men and an 11-year-old boy were injured.
