Kyiv Digital is gradually issuing refunds for unused trips
Funds for unused public transportation trips purchased at the old rates are gradually being refunded to transportation cards via the “Kyiv Digital” app. The funds are being credited in stages, so the full amount may not appear immediately.
It is expected that all funds for unused trips will be refunded by approximately the end of this week—by September 20.

If the full amount is not currently displayed in the app, there is no need to request it again. The refund is being processed in stages, so the remaining funds should be credited shortly.
The amount may also be refunded in installments if the transit card was reloaded multiple times.
For example, if there were three top-ups, the funds for unused trips from each top-up may be displayed separately.
So if you don’t see the full amount in “Kyiv Digital” yet, it’s best to wait—the refund process is still ongoing.
