Mindycha and Yermak were summoned to the High Anti-Corruption Court in connection with the seizure of property following searches

Timur Mindich, a businessman subject to sanctions who is suspected of corruption in the energy sector, and Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President, have been summoned to appear before the High Anti-Corruption Court.

This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda.

The reason for the hearing is the issue of the seizure of property confiscated during searches in Kyiv.

According to sources in political circles, Mindich received a summons to the High Anti-Corruption Court, and a similar notice was sent to Yermak.

The hearing is part of criminal proceedings regarding the seizure of property confiscated during investigative actions.

According to sources, the items seized during the searches included not only electronic devices but also household items—remote controls for appliances, clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene products. This may indicate preparations for biological examinations to determine the ownership of the items by specific individuals.

As noted, neither Mindich nor Yermak appeared at the court hearing.

As a reminder, businessman Timur Mindich filed a lawsuit against People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak with the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv.

The NABU also confirmed that Mindich had planned his escape from Ukraine in advance.

Mindich, a defendant in the “Energoatom” case, may be involved in the procurement of substandard body armor for the military.

Who is Timur Mindich and why is he involved in NABU cases?

We also previously reported that Timur Mindich, a suspect in a corruption investigation, likely also had influence over Rustem Umerov, the former defense minister.

NABU conducted searches at the home of Mindich, a co-owner of “Kvartal 95.”

The head of the Economic Security Bureau, Oleksandr Tsivinsky, commented on reports of possible involvement by Economic Security Bureau employees in compiling “dossiers” on individuals implicated in the “Mindichgate” case. According to him, an investigation into this matter was launched immediately.
