The Ministry of Economy will fund the development of industrial parks in the Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions

The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine has decided to provide government incentives to two industrial parks totaling nearly 56 million hryvnia.

Specifically, the “Art Pack Industrial” industrial park in the Khmelnytskyi region will receive nearly 9.7 million hryvnias to construct access roads. Another 46.3 million UAH will be allocated to the “Kronospan Rivne” industrial park for the development of energy infrastructure.

Taking into account the new decision, four industrial parks have already received state incentives since the beginning of 2026. The total amount of support for the implementation of their projects is 152 million UAH.

Funding is provided on a 50/50 co-financing basis. For de-occupied and frontline territories, as well as for the restoration of infrastructure damaged by hostilities, the funding ratio is set at 20% from the state and 80% from the applicant.

Applications to participate in the program can be submitted through authorized banks—Oschadbank, Ukreximbank, and Ukrgasbank.

Recipients of state incentives must meet a number of conditions. Specifically, within three years, they must:

  • put at least 5,000 square meters of industrial real estate into operation;
  • attract at least two industrial enterprises as participants in the industrial park.

Currently, there are 123 industrial parks registered in Ukraine.

As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises were under construction or had already been built in these parks, and the total volume of attracted investments exceeded 45 billion hryvnias.

The Ministry of Economy and Environment previously extended the deadline for submitting applications for state incentives for industrial parks until August 31, 2026.

The maximum amount of funding under the program is up to 150 million hryvnia per industrial park.

State support for industrial parks is part of the “Made in Ukraine” policy for the development of Ukrainian manufacturing.

This was reported by the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.

Earlier, “Kyivzelenbud” announced a tender for the next phase of reconstruction of “Natalka” Park in Obolon. The estimated cost of the work is 19.8 million hryvnias.

In Kyiv’s Teremky district, work to remove trees has not resumed, despite the appearance of heavy equipment and contractor workers near Teremky Park.
