The Ministry of Defense has denied rumors of a "new phase" of mobilization starting April 1

The information widely circulated in the media regarding the transition of the mobilization process to a new administrative phase starting April 1 is not true.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine emphasized that reforming the TCC system is a long-term process that does not involve sudden changes “starting Monday.”

Deputy Minister of Defense Yevhen Moysyuk explained in a comment to Ukrinform that the ministry’s team, led by Mykhailo Fedorov, is consistently implementing the plan to reform the territorial recruitment centers.

This issue is multifaceted and requires a comprehensive approach, not the isolated, chaotic actions that social media is hyping up.

“Today we have a clear plan and schedule for implementing specific projects, which the team is consistently moving forward with. That is why the information being spread by the media does not correspond to reality,” Moisiuk emphasized.

He assured that any speculation regarding “stricter control” without systemic changes is unfounded.

The new mobilization model is based on a so-called data-driven approach. Ministry of Defense specialists analyzed thousands of reviews and spent hundreds of hours consulting with active-duty military personnel, relevant institutions, and experts.

Every proposed solution undergoes a thorough “crash test” for effectiveness before implementation.

According to the Deputy Minister, the main goal of the transformation is to eliminate outdated bureaucratic problems and strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces.

This will be achieved through transparent and technological solutions, which will soon be presented to the public.

“It will be logical, transparent, and technologically advanced,” the official added.

As a reminder, a surge of emotions, an unpredictable reaction, and the ever-present human factor—these were the terms used by Colonel Serhiy Markin, head of the Kharkiv Regional TCC and Joint Operations Center, during his testimony at a meeting of the Temporary Investigation Commission (TIC).

Additionally, Ukrainians deported from the U.S. are sent directly from the plane to the TCC.
