More than 60% of BEB executives left the agency during the performance review

In less than a year, 32 out of 50 managers subject to evaluation as part of the first phase of the performance review have left the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine. This represents 64% of the management team.

This was reported by BEB Director Oleksandr Tsivinsky.

According to him, despite the large-scale personnel changes, the agency’s work continues without slowing down. Employees continue to perform their duties, often taking on additional responsibilities.

Of the 50 managers who were to undergo certification, 21 resigned before it began, seven left the service during the procedure, and four more failed the tests and were dismissed. Only 18 people reached the interview stage.

On March 23, management underwent testing on their knowledge of legislation, and on April 7, they were assessed on general aptitude. Currently, the certification commissions are preparing for interviews, which are scheduled for the second half of July.

The BEB emphasizes that the commissions have been granted full access to the necessary materials for an objective evaluation of the candidates.
