A star from *The Sopranos* congratulated Ukrainian combat medics on their professional holiday
Oksana Lada, an American actress of Ukrainian descent known for her role in the TV series *The Sopranos*, congratulated the First Separate Medical Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Medical Workers’ Day.
In her message, she thanked the combat medics for their courage, dedication, and for saving lives every day, emphasizing that they are the ones who help people get through the hardest moments of war.
In the published photos, the actress posed in a T-shirt bearing the emblem of the First Separate Medical Battalion and showed off patches featuring military cats. She said she wears these items with pride and expressed her support for Ukraine with the words: “Glory to Ukraine!”

The First Separate Medical Battalion thanked the actress for her kind words, noting that such support from abroad is important for Ukrainian military medics.
