Since the beginning of 2026, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has authorized the use of 650 unmanned aerial systems by the Defense Forces, most of which are domestically produced.
Specifically, 238 of these systems are copter-type UAVs, while another 231 models are equipped with a fiber-optic control link. Additionally, 42 new interceptor drones have been added to the arsenal to counter enemy UAVs. More than 40 systems are designed for medium-range strikes against the enemy’s operational rear and long-range strikes against strategic targets deep within Russian territory.
