More than $8.5 million was initially earmarked for the construction project of the “Dynasty” cooperative.
This is detailed in journalist Tetiana Nikolaienko’s article “How ‘Dynasty’ Was Built: Land at Half Price, Sand from a Cemetery, and Two-Shift Work.”
According to the investigation, the land plot acquired for development was transferred to the management of the “Sunny Beach” cooperative and later to the company “Aktiv Technolodzhi” for construction work.
The journalist notes that during the investigation, law enforcement officers allegedly discovered a preliminary financial plan for the project on the computer of one of the representatives of the “Sunny Beach” cooperative.
“On the computer seized from one of the representatives of ‘Sunny Beach,’ Nikolayenko, detectives found a preliminary financing plan that amounted to $8,524,548,” the article states.
The investigation also describes the circumstances of the construction, the use of materials, and the organization of work at the site.
