A woman was arrested in Zakarpattia for producing pornography featuring her young daughter
In Zakarpattia, at the request of the Mukachevo District Prosecutor’s Office, a 32-year-old woman suspected of producing and broadcasting pornographic content involving her minor child has been remanded in custody without the option of bail.
This was reported by the press center of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The investigation established that the suspect registered herself and her child on a specialized video streaming website. During live broadcasts, the mother undressed her daughter, who was 13 years old at the time, and forced her to participate in indecent acts, receiving monetary compensation for this from users of the online platform. During a search authorized by a court order, law enforcement officers seized mobile phones, a large number of bank cards, a car, and over 120,000 hryvnias in cash. Since neither the detainee nor her partner were officially employed, the investigation will additionally assess whether there are signs of money laundering involving funds obtained through criminal means.
Currently, social services representatives have removed all children from the family. They have been placed in a local hospital, where they are undergoing a full medical examination and receiving necessary assistance from psychologists.
The woman is charged with the production, distribution, and sale of child pornography, as well as sexual violence committed against a person under the age of fourteen, regardless of their voluntary consent (Part 3 of Article 301-1 and Part 4 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Investigators from the Mukachevo District Police Department are continuing the pre-trial investigation and establishing all the circumstances of the crime under the procedural guidance of the district prosecutor’s office.
In the city of Lutsk, law enforcement officers exposed a woman suspected of producing and distributing pornographic content involving her 3-year-old daughter. According to the investigation, the woman used the child to create prohibited materials and transferred them to another person for a fee.
