The Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo has appointed a new CEO

Following an open competitive selection process, the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo appointed Bohdan Sukhetsky as the company’s CEO.

The company announced this.

As noted by Ukrhydroenergo, the competition was conducted with the participation of the international consulting firm Korn Ferry and with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Valentin Gvozdi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated that the new CEO is expected to improve operational efficiency and implement solutions to restore energy facilities damaged by Russian attacks.

Prior to his appointment, Sukhetsky had been serving as the company’s acting CEO since May 2025 and had previously served as deputy CEO for commercial operations.

On February 19, PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” signed an agreement with LLC “BK “Adamant”” for the construction of a protective structure for a transformer at the “Kremenchuk HPP” branch. The contract is worth 997.86 million hryvnias.
