New features of Diia: military documents and divorce online
Ukraine is actively working to develop the state mobile application Diia, which has been popular during the war. Valeria Koval, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, announced new features, including the ability to file for divorce online and provide services for veterans and internally displaced persons. Koval emphasized that despite the skepticism at the beginning of the project, Diia has become an integral part of Ukrainians' lives, providing access to 200 services and 33 documents.

Koval noted that the future of Diia is connected with improving public services by digitalizing them, which will reduce bureaucracy. The app is gradually becoming a more effective tool for interacting with the government, especially in times of war when many people face bureaucratic challenges abroad. Various educational initiatives are also being developed to improve the digital literacy of Ukrainians. Ukraine's leadership in digital services is supported by international rankings, where it ranks fifth in terms of progress in the digitalization of public services.
