New Deputy Prime Minister Chentsov Declared Income in the Millions

Vsevolod Chentsov, the newly appointed Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, has published his 2025 financial disclosure statement. Last year, he earned over 3.5 million hryvnias, while his wife reported nearly 4.7 million hryvnias.

In the declaration, the official also listed cash savings, real estate in Ukraine and abroad, as well as a 2019 BMW.

 

According to the declaration, Vsevolod Chentsov’s total income for 2025 amounted to 3,573,142 hryvnias. He received the majority of this amount while serving as Ukraine’s representative to the European Union. His annual salary was 1,027,654 UAH, with an additional 2,545,488 UAH in compensation payments for individuals sent on long-term overseas assignments. Chentsov’s wife declared 4,741,941 UAH in income for the same period.

Savings and Cash

In his declaration, the deputy prime minister listed funds in bank accounts and cash savings. Chentsov has:

  • 2,400 euros in bank accounts;
  • $68,500 in cash.

His wife reported:

  • 15,200 hryvnias and 10,100 euros in bank accounts;
  • $127,000 in cash.

What real estate does Chentsov own?

The new deputy prime minister owns several properties in the Lviv region. His holdings include:

  • a land plot with an area of 1,400 square meters;
  • a house with an area of 226.3 square meters in Boryslav;
  • a 75% share in a 67.5-square-meter apartment in Truskavets;
  • a 660-square-meter plot of land in Modrychi.

He also uses a 450-square-meter residence in Belgium. His wife owns:

  • a 25% share in a 75.6-square-meter apartment in Odesa;
  • a plot of land measuring 1,500 square meters;
  • a house with an area of 61.1 square meters in Vorzel, Kyiv Oblast;
  • a 66.3-square-meter apartment in the U.S. that she rents.

Car and New Position

In addition to real estate and savings, Chentsov listed a 2019 BMW GT 640i xDrive in his declaration. On July 16, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Vsevolod Chentsov as Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. Prior to this, he served as Ukraine’s representative to the European Union.

The new government was formed following a proposal by Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi. This is stated in the electronic declaration of assets and income for 2025.

The new Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, Vitaliy Kim, declared 2,605,858 UAH in income for 2025. This is evidenced by his electronic declaration of assets and income.
