Oleksiy Kuleba, head of the Ministry of Development, disclosed details of his income for 2025
The salary of Oleksiy Kuleba, Minister of Community and Territorial Development, amounted to 1.48 million hryvnias in 2025.
According to his published electronic declaration, the official holds 104,000 UAH in bank accounts and 360,000 UAH, 17,900 USD, and 14,700 EUR in cash. The minister owns a quarter of an apartment in the capital with an area of 87.7 square meters and a land plot in Kyiv with an area of 393 square meters.
The minister’s wife, Halyna Dmytrychenko-Kuleba, declared a significantly higher income—4.12 million UAH for the year. She owns a house with an area of 376.5 square meters and a 1,520-square-meter plot of land in the Kyiv region, as well as a garage and a share of an apartment in the capital. Separately noted is ownership of the Ginlong Solis solar power plant, which generated 63,700 UAH in income for the family under the “green tariff.”
The family’s vehicle fleet consists of a 2024 Mazda CX-60, valued at 1.92 million UAH. The car is officially registered in the wife’s name, but the minister has the right to use it. The couple also jointly owns a 64.7-square-meter apartment in Kyiv valued at 8 million UAH, which was received as a gift from the official’s mother.
All members of the Ukrainian government submitted their asset and income declarations for 2025 on time. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko declared the highest income—nearly 4.8 million UAH.
Earlier, Acting Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine Ihor Ilchenko reported 18,223 UAH in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
